Attribution and analytics
Chckup may store a cookie called chckup_attribution for approximately 90 days and uses analytics technology, including Mixpanel, to measure widget use and referral information.

Text messages and appointment information
If you use the texting widget, the information you enter is handled through Chckup so our team can respond. Please do not send payment-card information through the widget.
We do not schedule appointments by text, and texting is not monitored as an emergency service. Schedule wellness care through the online booking link. Call the clinic for sick pets, surgery, technician appointments, or anything time-sensitive.
Prefer not to use the widget?
That is completely fine. You can call us directly at (920) 471-0643. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although the texting widget may not work as expected afterward.
